I take a relaxed, lifestyle approach to family photography, allowing your children to explore, play and be themselves while I capture the moments that happen naturally. I'll give you gentle guidance when needed, but there’s no pressure for everyone to behave perfectly or look at the camera. Your family photography session

Family sessions can take place at a beautiful outdoor location in Dorset, whether that's the beach, woodland, countryside, a nature reserve or somewhere your family already loves spending time.

I want your session to feel like an enjoyable family adventure rather than a formal photoshoot. Children can run, explore, play and be themselves, and I'll be there to capture the little moments of connection along the way.

Whether your children are tiny, growing fast or somewhere in between, family photography is a wonderful way to document this stage of your family's story.

What to wear

I recommend choosing soft, warm and neutral colours that coordinate rather than matching exactly. This helps create a timeless look while keeping the focus on your family and the connection between you.

Most importantly, choose clothes that you and your children feel comfortable moving and playing in.

If you prefer not to have your photographs shared on my website or social media, that's absolutely fine. Just let me know before booking and I can amend the relevant section of your contract.

A note about locations

Sessions can take place anywhere within Dorset. If you'd like your session to take place outside Dorset, please contact me before booking.

If I accept a location outside Dorset, any additional travel will be invoiced separately at a rate of 50p per additional mile.
